Bob was great at balancing the time spent on the different sections of the house. For example, the back of my garage wall had some pretty bad spots, but my concern was not with perfection of the look, just keeping water out and the cost down, while the re pointing he did above the windows and in the brick work facing the street he spent more time on to blend in with the preexisting brick and it looks fantastic. "The guys were professional and did a wonderful job installing sod in our front yard. They were friendly, hard working, and left the area neat and clean. The person who provided the estimate for work did not measure for the amount of sod needed properly and they ended up being short for about 1/5th of the property. They went back out, obtained more sod, and installed it all before the end of the day. The owner of the company still honored the original price quoted. That is EXCELLENT customer service.
