"George came out personally to give me a quote for installing a top coat of 2" of asphalt on my existing asphalt driveway, which was wavy and had a number of dips and holes in it. The morning of the install, George's crew showed up early and got to work. They were clean and very well organized, and the final product looks terrific. I finally have a flat, properly sloped driveway!"

"John and his team did an excellent job with the gut renovation of our large tiled shower. He took the time to diagnose what had caused the cracking and shifting in our original concrete pan to make sure the rebuild would not have the same issues down the road. Tiling, grouting, trim, and moulding installation was exacting and looked great. While John was doing the shower we also asked if he could do several other completely unrelated jobs (re-build old, unsafe basement stairs, wire a socket and switch for a new light fixture, patch ceiling drywall) and he did a great job with those as well. Communication was very easy throughout the process - John always kept us aware of any issues and consulted with us immediately on decisions. We will be working with John and his team again."

"Jay and team were great. Came out right away to give a quote and went above and beyond to fix leaking first floor roof. Will have them back out in a few weeks to repair ponding occurring on 3rd floor roof"

"Perfectly. A team of two extraordinary, hardworking and very professional employees arrived within a day (Saturday!) of agreeing to the fix. The entire basement was coated with waterproofing material - which is white and made a huge improvement overall - an added benefit! They also installed a dehumidifier and took the time to explain how it works. The improvement in the basement was immediately apparent and we are delighted. South Jersey Waterproofing is second to none in our book."

"The decision to hire Jimmy and his team at Hammer Head Group was a great one. Every facet of the job, from our initial consultation to the final clean up, was professional and easy. Jimmy helped us choose our wall colors and finish and he also sanded the floors and applied multiple stains and finishes so my wife and I could find just the colors we wanted. The paint team spent 2 full days prepping the walls before any paint was applied. The floor/stairs team sanded everything back to bare wood and my floors look better than when I moved in 20 years ago. Thank you for giving my home a new look and a new life."

"Dan and Vince, along with their team built us an awesome new roof, with the improved materials and construction techniques. Andrea, their office manager, made it all possible with her expert office management skills. We finished signing the contracts April 17, 2017 Work was supposed to begin 2 weeks later, and take 1 week. We kept in touch via email, phone and direct contact with Russell Roofing, GreenSky (their financial company) and our local township codes and zoning regulations department. The extra time and effort that we put in paid off. several days in advance, we had to arrange with our neighbors about parking, because, parking on our street is a premium, especially when it comes to construction projects Delivery of materials: May 09, 2017 (several hours, due to all the telephone wires and such, causing interference with equipment) Construction of new roof: May 10, 2017 (7 am - 8 pm, they had 5-8 people here pretty much all day and night in extreme heat. I fed them water bottles all day. Gave them all generous tips. Let one man use my bathroom. They were extremely politely and soft spoken. hey constantly looked out for my safety and my husband's, whenever we were outside the house. The noise level was far less than I expected. I was able to enjoy the day at home (although it was a little warmer than usual inside lol) I caught up on some TV/DVR. Cleanup: May 11, 2017 they removed the giant waste in parked in front of our house, as well as any debris that was left from yesterday. Dan patrolled the property searching for nails, etc. If there are any problems we can call them for follow-ups. These people are amazingly professional. ou will have to actively be a part of the process, ask a ton of questions, keep in constant contact, fill out a on of paperwork, do some driving around, etc.... but, the process is work it. OMG ONE DAY to put up a new roof!"

"Sal has a beautiful showroom. His assistant was extremely helpful in picking out the tile I needed for the shower and stone floor(s). Sal and his brother did the installation work in a timely fashion. They came to the job on time, worked quickly, cleaned up and were very pleasant to work with. I would definitely recommend them."

FAQs for concrete floor coating apply projects in Philadelphia, PA

Epoxy flooring is a two-part coating made from synthetic resins and a hardener that bonds to concrete to create a continuous, durable surface. Once cured, the coating resists impacts, moisture, and most household chemicals, making it a practical choice for garages, basements, and workshops. It also creates a uniform, easy-to-clean finish that looks more polished than bare concrete without requiring ongoing waxes or sealers.

With proper care and maintenance, solvent-based and solid residential epoxy flooring can last 10 to 20 years, while water-based epoxy flooring lasts three to five years. Water-based epoxy is less durable, making it more susceptible to regular wear and tear. Commercial epoxy concrete flooring that experiences heavy foot traffic may only last two to three years.

Maintaining epoxy garage floors is relatively easy. You can sweep up dirt and debris with a broom, dustpan, or vacuum cleaner, then use a mild cleaning solution intended for epoxy floors to scrub away stains. Avoid using soap-based or chemical cleaners. Mopping an epoxy garage floor regularly with warm water can do the trick.
