Their quote and total price for the project was far less than another company that suggested completely demolishing the old garage and building a new one. The final price of MCG's garage work was less than what they estimated it would be, because after removing parts of the garage they discovered there was already a foundation that they could build upon instead of having to excavate and pour a new foundation. We could not locate white hinges so they painted the black ones for me. Both gates were balanced perfectly and the front one was raised to accommodate a new walkway.
