"Went with Manfredia's again! Ran into a problem with the garage roof an a major leak but Manfreida's came through with flying colors. After I put in my call the owner was out to do the estimate for me the same week an even did a little extra by taking down some mushrooms ( ewwww) that had been lurking where the leak had been particularly bad. In order to save my otherwise perfectly good, very full, garage they were even able to fit me into the schedule the following week to get the roof ripped off, re-decked and water tight before an upcoming storm. What a life saver! The crew that came out was very nice and worked swiftly, over all the job took less then three days to complete. They even replaced a small part on the back of the roof that had rotted and replaced all the trim sections with pvc so the carpenter bees wont be be making any more holes! Everything came out wonderfully I enjoy seeing it every time I pull into the driveway. I love working with Manfredia's and will DEFIANTLY be calling again for my next project. Thanks!!"

"My wife and I hired All Star Contractors to convert an attached garage into living space (about 250 sq ft) and we had an outstanding experience with them. Bill managed every step of the process (design, permitting, build) honestly and fairly, with excellent communication and reasonable pricing. The end result is exactly what we had hoped for. We first reached out to the company with a general idea of what we wanted to accomplish, and our budget. Bill understood what we wanted, and made many useful suggestions to help us create a room that was both aesthetically pleasing and practical, within the budget. The building process lasted about five weeks, with daily work done entirely by two members of Bill’s team (Derek and Mike), with Bill checking in daily to monitor progress. Having the same three people in our house allowed for excellent communication, and it was obvious how dedicated they were to their craft. Any time in the evening we’d see something that concerned us, we’d raise it with them the next morning and invariably they’d show they were already ahead of us and on their way to addressing our concerns. It made us extremely comfortable knowing that the end result would be excellent. As with any project, we considered small revisions in the middle of the process. When that occurred, Bill explained up front the projected costs, allowing us to make informed decisions about what would be worth it to us. "Joe Oakes was great from start to finish - he came out and did an estimate for us, explained what type of materials they would use, etc. He then sent us photos of what it would look like. My husband and I went back and forth on color options of the deck materials several times and Joe was very patient with us and helped by giving his opinion. The day of the installation was a breeze - Joe and his team showed up first thing in the morning and finished the entire deck by end of day! During the work, they would constantly involve me if they found issues with anything and work with me to come up with a good solution.
