"It was not good. We had a service contract so basically in the spring and fall they would come and check on the hvac and air conditioning. But every single time they came they decided to tell us that we needed to replace and air conditioning unit, a hot water heater or a motor or something else like that, every single time. I found out about a year ago that A J Perri was in trouble with the Better Business Bureau or under some kind of investigation for doing those similar tactics with older people or ripping them off. We ended up keeping the service contract because what we they would do basic maintenance replace the fillers and stuff. But they would always tell us about some major component that needed to be replaced or repaired. So, what we would end up doing was doing it ourselves."
