The project manager, Kenny, was absolutely amazing. From the very beginning he explained everything that their team would be doing, gave me updates throughout the day. If I had a question or concern Kenny was patient with me and continued to make sure any questions/concerns were addressed, even telling me to call him if I thought of any other questions. Their crew was very respectful of the property by making sure to lay out tarps to protect the floors, and made all attempts to manage the noise since we were home. "Had problems with water seeping through the basement wall and trickling across the floor into a drain.  Tried various remediation methods such as regrading and new gutters.  Called Frank who came up with an economical system to minimize water, which worked beautifully as demonstrated by our first big rain storm since the work's completion.  We had a few miscommunications but the work crew and Frank responded very professionally.  For instance, after coming in from nightshift, I dozed on my couch waiting for the crew and they came late and then they spent some time waiting for me in my driveway ... so first day was late.  But they got to work digging out perimeter of agreed area in basement and strengthening the basement wall.  Second day, they installed material to drain water into sump pump.  I thought it looked peculiar and checked in with Frank who directed them to make a few adjustments, which helped.  They installed the sump pump with drain pump to outside and cemented the floor.  Overall, the guys were very good and responsive to my concerns.  I would definitely hire them back and recommend them to friends.
