"I love this virtual service. My Whirlpool Duet was flashing an error code related to the drain pump. After cleaning the pump, the error was still showing. I set up an appointment with Neli and spoke with a very knowledgeable representative. He assessed the machine and was able to determine the likely cause of the error. After the appointment, I was sent information on ordering the replacement part and how to set up a call to install the new pump. I would use Neli in the future for any appliance issue!"

"I discovered on Sunday that my top load washing machine was leaking, called Service Master and Manni picked up right away, even though it was close to 9pm. He was able to schedule a technician to come see me Tuesday noon-2pm, and the tech, Lucky, arrived promptly at noon on that day. He diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered a replacement part, and came back the following day to install it, right on time. The total cost of service was $135 for the visit/labor (including both trips) and $90 for the part. I was happy to pay it for how quickly and easily this repair was. "Apple Appliance Repair had a $60.00 repair special that would go towards the repair of the appliance and after reading their reviews I decided to try them. My wall oven had stopped working and knowing that my wall oven is a special order size I knew the cost would be over $1,000 before installation so I was crossing my fingers it could be fixed. I purchased the deal on Angie's List, Apple Appliance Repair contacted me immediately and in 24 hours I had an appointment set up for two days later. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was nice and polite. He explained to me the tech would call 30 minutes before he would get to my house and the the tech did just that. The tech showed up with a smile on his face, introduced himself and began asking questions about the issue I was having with my oven. He reviewed that I had paid $60.00 and that would go towards fixing the oven if that is what I wanted to do. He carefully took apart the oven and placed the parts carefully on the floor and counter tops. It took him no time to diagnose the issue and explain to me what had happened and what needed to be done. I knew how old my oven was, but never mentioned it to him and when he explained that this part burned out due to the use and age of the oven (which he put around 12/14 yrs old) I knew he not only knew what he was talking about, but he was being honest and not trying to make up anything to charge me more. He explained the cost to me and asked if it was something I wanted to continue with. Of course I said yes. He was wonderful, respectful and knowledgeable. After the work was completed and my oven was back together, he made sure to clean up every bit of mess (which was very little). He prepared my bill and went through every part of the bill with me making sure I understood everything (even down to making sure the date was correct). Apple Appliance Repair has a new customer for life when it comes to appliances needing any type of repair. I will be referring my friends and family who need any type of appliance repair. "My furnace is very old and quit working.  I called several HVAC companies and received  quotes to replace ranging from $1,800 to $11,000.  I found Energy Wise on Angies and called Matt.  He returned my call within 30 minutes and was at my house within 24 hours.  After his inspection, he stated that the furnace was still in good shape and could offer me a  number of years service before buying a new unit.  He suggested replacing the motor and fan and cleaning internal parts.  All of this was completed by the end of the next day.
Matt is very professional, punctual, courteous and a pleasure to deal with.  Not only did he save me a great deal of money, I now have a heating/air conditioning system that has never worked better.

"The technician called before his arrival and arrived on time.  The inspection and repair work took approximately three hours to complete.  During the process of testing/inspecting the three appliances, the technician explained what he was doing and looking for.  Once completed, he tested both the oven and washing machine to make sure that the new parts were working properly. I was very satisfied with the work and the technician was very helpful with answering questions. He moved both the oven and washing machine back in place and cleaned up after himself before leaving.  If I needed an appliance repaired in the future, I would use them again.  I used an AL coupon for this repair.
