"I hired Neli over a week period for 3 different appliances, my dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, and even kitchen sink! I had a fantastic experience: 1. I fixed my dryer with Thomas' excellent remote guidance, changing the timer and the switch! Fabulous guidance Thomas, with lots of money saved! I learned a lot in the process. 2. I determined that there was no dishwasher leak and in the process learned how to check for leaks and trouble shoot for some common repair issues. It cost $40.00 but as I had some water on the floor, I was ready to get a new dishwasher. Now, I am confident that it wasn't a leak and caused by putting in the dishes in a funny manner and not a repair issue. I am using the dishwasher now again with no problem. 3. I determined with Thomas' help that the washing machine had a major problem and could have spun out of control into my wall....no question, it was time to get a new washing machine! This was a well spent $40.00--I even got Thomas advice on purchasing a new washing machine and what to look for. 4. I checked the drainage on my kitchen sink and learned how to empty out the "trap" and that most likely, I am okay, but what to swap out if I have continuing issues with slow drainage. In the end, I saved lots of money, gaining and learning valuable experience! Absolutely fabulous service!"

"I discovered on Sunday that my top load washing machine was leaking, called Service Master and Manni picked up right away, even though it was close to 9pm. He was able to schedule a technician to come see me Tuesday noon-2pm, and the tech, Lucky, arrived promptly at noon on that day. He diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered a replacement part, and came back the following day to install it, right on time. The total cost of service was $135 for the visit/labor (including both trips) and $90 for the part. I was happy to pay it for how quickly and easily this repair was. "The tech wrote up a list of what needed to be replaced, but was really recommending replacing the unit because of its age.  I eventually did replace the unit, and while the review of the appliance was fairly complete, I thought it could have been more detailed in what was needed and how much each part and service would cost.  I didn't feel I learned very much that I didn't already know.

"My furnace is very old and quit working.  I called several HVAC companies and received  quotes to replace ranging from $1,800 to $11,000.  I found Energy Wise on Angies and called Matt.  He returned my call within 30 minutes and was at my house within 24 hours.  After his inspection, he stated that the furnace was still in good shape and could offer me a  number of years service before buying a new unit.  He suggested replacing the motor and fan and cleaning internal parts.  All of this was completed by the end of the next day.
Matt is very professional, punctual, courteous and a pleasure to deal with.  Not only did he save me a great deal of money, I now have a heating/air conditioning system that has never worked better.

"The technician called before his arrival and arrived on time.  The inspection and repair work took approximately three hours to complete.  During the process of testing/inspecting the three appliances, the technician explained what he was doing and looking for.  Once completed, he tested both the oven and washing machine to make sure that the new parts were working properly. I was very satisfied with the work and the technician was very helpful with answering questions. He moved both the oven and washing machine back in place and cleaned up after himself before leaving.  If I needed an appliance repaired in the future, I would use them again.  I used an AL coupon for this repair.
