"Excellent! I can't say enough about Juan Trujillo. He was courteous and professional on the phone when I called. Since I knew exactly what needed to be replaced he was able to give me a quote over the phone. The plastic, original to house, pressure reducing valve was leaking and I knew the old twisty shut off valves were shot. He was very specific that he only used all brass valves for replacement parts. Gave me a realistic expectation when he would arrive. Pouring rain and Northern VA traffic on days like this and he was here like he stated. He inspected the problem, quoted me the price again, and got the work done in a timely manner. He tested the system and didn't try selling me anything else that I didn't need. I am VERY HAPPY with the work that was performed. I am glad he was able to fit me into his schedule today. "A-Master assessed our plumbing issue (bad check valve on well pump and bad pressure tank). Quote for repairs included pulling the pump to replace check valve. Cost was quite a bit more than another plumber quote we had received so we went with the cheaper option (also because that plumber was under contract with our home warranty company). Was very impressed with A-Master plumber's professionalism, speed of diagnosis, punctuality, explanation of repairs needed, and communications. They were definitely superior in those areas to the cheaper plumber, but for this job we decided the cheaper option was sufficient."

"Wes showed up on time the same morning of my original call to Crown. He diagnosed my sump pump problem within ten minutes and I'm embarrassed to say it was a tripped GFCI circuit that my garage and backyard outlet shares. I should have known the first step of troubleshooting...check power source. After I reset GFCI in garage Wes verified the pump was working by observing several cycles. Sump pump replacement has been on my to do list for 15 year life and that's this year, so I'll be replacing both interior and exterior pumps in a couple of months. I'm going with a battery backup unit for the exterior sump. The prices for replacements are a skosh over the top end of my budget, but I'm impressed with the company, so I'll pay for the peace of mind."

I was there when they came to look at it and when they had to come to the work they came back and were very respectful and hard workers. "As my husband and I were spring cleaning and bringing things into the attic when we noticed the installation had falling on nearly half of our roof and was wet to the touch. My husband did the initial inspection and noticed that mold, mildew and a huge leak had take over the wood and was exposed to the outside of the house. 
I am a natural researcher - called several friends for recommendations, shopped around on DIY websites to see if this was something we could manage ourselves, and then stumbled on the Lumbee website. Lumbee was about my 5th call, the have a really nice customer service and I was directed directly to a technician that came out the next day to inspect our roof. 
Darren came the next day, he was very knowledgeable on the scope of work, the products we needed to use, and was helpful in identifying what the immediate need was . Some people would have told me to replace my whole roof but he totally must have been reading my mind! 
The repairs were made next day and it only took him a total of 4 hours ! He even replace my cracked window in my kitchen that my son threw a rock in months ago ! I highly recommend Darren and his team. This was a great service and was taken care of right away."

"I don't know which part needs to be repaired. So I bought both toilet water tanks. They came and replaced it but they close the door, I guess they don't want me to see how they repair it. It stopped the leak, but the other part started leaking again after 1 year. But the price is good."
