"The company technicians, Steven, James and Zack were very professional and competent. They did excellent job in both removing the old unit and installing the new one. In addition to this job, we have used Appleton Campbell for several projects over the past couple of years, to include, installing a back up propane generator, installing replacement electrical lighting, and replacing a hot water heater. The company and their personal, to include both field and office individuals, were very competent and courteous. We highly recommend this company to other individuals."

"Great. The contractor from Jimmy Gusky arrived on time and within 45 minutes had provided a full inspection and determined the unit was fine and had simply malfunctioned temporarily during several extremely hot day.s. So this saved me many thousands of dollars. Great experience."

"Fine. I had no issues. They got out to the house very quickly, within several hours of request, they were quick with no added charges or time, and the estimates that were requested (replacement of water heater) were explained thoroughly."

"The original project I hired them for was to replace leaky faucets in both the kitchen and bathroom. Frank, the owner, was responsive and professional. They scheduled the work promptly and showed up on time. Unexpected issues were discovered that required a second trip and additional work. They communicated everything clearly and the additional costs were handled separately and transparently. They also cleaned up after the work was done. I would hire them again."

"The company was very responsive, followed up after initial estimate visit, but did not push. Installers Glen and Marcus were personable, explained issues they encountered. A misunderstanding on my part regarding the final payment was handled very professionally. Most importantly, I am really enjoying having hot water at a moment's notice! I would recommend them highly."

"My water heater began leaking and so I needed a new one ASAP. I worked with Stelios. He was very responsive via the messaging feature in Angie's List, over email, and on the phone. I found Stelios to be clear in his explanations and forthcoming with my different options, even if they'd put more work on his plate. He worked quickly to find a good water heater and offered to replace it same day. Stelios made sure his work was up to code and made recommendations to improve the installation of the water heater which wouldn't cost any extra. He kept his work area clean and left everything looking good. Our hot water is back and the new water heater is working very well. I am very pleased with Stelios' service and would certainly hire him again."

"We used an Angie's List deal to have a chandelier replaced. Reddick and Son's was prompt, friendly, and quick. I was home with my daughter and the professional was friendly with her and understanding, and worked quietly so as not to scare her. We plan on calling them again for a quote to install lighting in our living room."
