"Their technician (Larry) arrived the afternoon after I called for an estimate. A bottom line price (lower than expected) was agreed before any work was started -- which is the company's business model. The heaters and necessary supplies were ordered and the removal of the old heaters was begun. The requested material arrived shortly thereafter. The work was completed in a very professional manner. I am very pleased that I called A-C for this job."

"When I used Jimmy Gusky's plumbing services 3 years ago, I was as pleased then as I am with this current job. He and his employees provide reliable service in a timely and professional manner. Hats off to James "The Plumber" and his assistant who performed my repairs."

"Fine. I had no issues. They got out to the house very quickly, within several hours of request, they were quick with no added charges or time, and the estimates that were requested (replacement of water heater) were explained thoroughly."

"They replaced the hot water heater the same day we called. Excellent service but pricey. $2000. Only reason for not giving 5 stars all around."

"My water heater began leaking and so I needed a new one ASAP. I worked with Stelios. He was very responsive via the messaging feature in Angie's List, over email, and on the phone. I found Stelios to be clear in his explanations and forthcoming with my different options, even if they'd put more work on his plate. He worked quickly to find a good water heater and offered to replace it same day. Stelios made sure his work was up to code and made recommendations to improve the installation of the water heater which wouldn't cost any extra. He kept his work area clean and left everything looking good. Our hot water is back and the new water heater is working very well. I am very pleased with Stelios' service and would certainly hire him again."

"Michael identified the problem and resolved it timely replacing a 16 year old natural gas hot water heater"

"Called him late Friday that our water supply was going on and off.  He asked if we could hold off till Monday and I told him surely as the water was working, but going.  He called SUNDAY just to make sure we were ok.  Told me a few suggestions to make sure the water stayed on.
Showed up on time and gave me a few options on repair and price.
Completed the job in the rain.
Fantastic attention to running a good business and treating his customers fairly.

"I’ve had many water related issues over the last few years as a homeowner and also as manager of a restaurant. They can handle any plumbing task out there. Redline has always been reliable, fair & honest. Customer service and response is top notch! 10 out of 10 experience every time."

"I had Reddick and Sons replace my hot water heater recently. I was very pleased with all aspects of the job and would not hesitate to recommend them (which I have already done with a neighbor) or use them myself again for any plumbing needs. I like that they are a family owned and run company. All associates I dealt with were courteous and professional."

"As the other reviewer said, if I could grade this provider an A+ I would. Not only did he come out during Tuesday's snow, he was prompt, and only took an hour to do what appeared to be a pretty complicated pipe job. More importantly, he was friendly and very fair.
Our water heater experienced a pipe failure on the cold water side, which caused our hot water to have little to no pressure. I found this provider on Angie's list, and contacted him.
He identified the problem almost immediately, and in a matter of an hour cut open the pipes, cleared the obstruction, welded them back, and had our hot water pressure back to normal.
My highest compliment is that JCTHI will be my plumber of choice from here on out.
