Chad created a favorable impression immediately; he was on time, knowledgeable, added constructive suggestions as needed and was completely professional in all regards. I had been quoted by other companies to install scuppers, a gutter, and a drain spout, and each could not commence work for 10-12 weeks; Chad was able to start and complete the job in 12 days. Furthermore, Chad’s price quote was extremely reasonable compared to all the other quotes I had received. The scope of work on my home was relatively small, but I had numerous questions while waiting for the installation and Chad patiently addressed each question even though I was probably interrupting him on one of his other installations. On the installation day Chad arrived on time and did a very thorough professional job (start to final clean-up).
