"Paulo and his crew were great. When I first reached out they were quick to respond and set up a time to come look at our house. Paulo gave great advice and was able to really help to manage the cost. Their estimate came back far lower than I expected and the work exceeded expectations. Paulo calculated the surface of the roof and was able to move 2 downspouts so they should more effectively help manage our "moisture in the basement" problem.  Communication was great. "For gutter cleaning and repair, I would recommend you understand what they will actually do for the cost as the job. I remain uncertain on what was actually done in the 30 minutes spent on a ladder with no water. If the gutters were that clean and only sealing was required, you can get this service done significantly cheaper (-$100). My bad. Positively, they are responsive."

"The two men who came to install the new panel were polite, professional and dedicated to getting the job done the right way. They encountered some unforeseen issues when installing the new panel, but that didn't stop them. They simply fixed the issues, or found a way to work around them. They ended up being here almost the full day, which is a testament to their work ethic and getting the job done correctly. Good communication with the home office. Very nice people. Very friendly. The only improvement I would suggest is that they make the cost estimates more clear. The estimate they e-mailed was rather confusing to follow and somewhat ambiguous. Other than that, quality products, great work, friendly service and great price for everything they did."
