"Lenny was very pleasant. He was also very knowledgeable and went out of his way to show me the problem(s) and offered me options. You can tell that he was an honest man that didn’t sugarcoat but gave you the real deal. It can be daunting when an appliance needs repair and you have to find someone to help you. I was so impressed with Lenny that I am going to recommend him to my condo association to be put on the list of preferred contractors."

I have a service plan and so they came out to check the heater and they had to replace something on the heater, like a wheel because the fan was blowing cold air. They replaced it and did maintenance on it and repaired anything that needed to be repaired."

"Had to replace with new machine"

"Justin arrived on time for our scheduled appointment. He quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the circuit board. He advised me to call him if there were any further problems. The next day I experienced the same temperature control issues that prompted my original call. I called Justin and a second appointment was scheduled. On the second visit, Justin replaced an additional part and everything has been fine since. I am happy with the work that Justin performed and would certainly recommend him to others."
