Over $300 for less than an hour of labor - that seems a little over the top!"

"I would not recommend them. I had a service contract with them for years. The service was poor and they did not identify problems that they should have which ended up costing me more money. They were punctual and acted professional. They seemed to have different people all the time and a lot of turnover. I was a customer with them for about 13 years and in the past 3 years is when they started deteriorating."

He told me the price of the part for the refrigerator and we still haven't made a decision about it. I was a little disappointed that the man who returned one of my later calls couldn't find the paperwork from the job as a reference. They never fixed anything, but they were honest.
