Bill showed cross sections of the older range power line and the new line installed, describing the differences in insulation and safety features of the newer line. Bill went above and beyond by detecting the wrong cord on the new range, and replaced this with the proper range gauge power cord. Bill also helped us to correctly position and level the new range appliance. "Called Mr. Harda 4/22/19 9:30am and explained we had power everywhere in the house except master bedroom. He asked me many questions over the phone and said he would stay on the phone with me while I went to the breaker box. Also had me check the GFCI outlets. When I said all seemed ok to me. He said let me load my truck and I will be there. He lives 45 mins. from me. He was here within the hour. Had me go with him to check our light switch, and said it was not the switch, to the ceiling fan and light as I thought it could of been. When we got to breaker box, he diagnosed the problem and showed me, GFCI kept tripping, He fixed the problem and all was done in a timely manner. Mr. Harda was very professional and courteous. He also installed an additional outlet for a bidet in the bathroom. He and Dave were great to work with, Dave provided quotes in advance and they were reasonably priced. Frank also helped guide our decision on some of the work and was very honest about what would and would not work in our bedrooms—even if it generated less revenue for him.
