"The advisor came out back at the end of September to measure, estimate the cost, explained the product which is custom made to my window measurements. Today 11/3/15 the service tech came with my new windows and indicated it would take about 4 hours to install. He was right on the mark with time, very professional and the installed went very well. love my new windows.

When the person came to measure he also didn’t catch that I was having all my windows done except one. The windows look great. The response when I notified the co that one window was missed was very fast but added to my cost."
