He was very communicative and we really felt like he treated the project as if it were his own house. Finally, the owner (James) was terrific to work with. Yes, he's the owner, and yes you expect him to eventually make sure that a quality product is delivered, but he did all of that and more. He really took ownership of everyone else's work and made sure we were happy with the end product. Plus, he's just a fun guy to work with!"

We wanted someone to use the existing support structure, and out of five estimates, only two were willing to resurface the deck rather than tearing it all down and rebuilding everything. "Will was very nice to start off with. He came willingly and gave us an estimate, as well as picked up our $2,600 cash deposit. Once the deposit was paid our level of responsiveness changed and we were always "next on the list." Will never did build our deck because he under bid the job and decided it wasn't worth his while. Where we are at today (one year later) - a police report is being filed today. Any theft over $1,000 is a felony in the State of Ohio and we just want our deposit back.
