"The job was supposed to be taken care of in one day. It ended up taking 4 days after we requested that the job be done correctly. Work crew was supposed to arrive at 9:00 and did not show up until 11:00. We asked the crew to repair the few items that we discussed with the owner and they did not know about it. They “finished” the job and that evening we were able to see out the our upstairs bedroom window that sections of the leaf guard were not there and a section was not attached. We called and the crew was to show up first thing in the morning. When they showed up at 3:30 my husband requested photos of all the gutters from the roof to make sure it was all done completely. There was a full section of the back of our house where there was no leaf guard attached at all. They also did not have enough wood for the trim and not enough leaf guard to repair that day. It was finally done and done well 4 days later, but it took a lot of follow up and double checking. The foreman was very apologetic, but I was upset that it took us finding an small error and we would have not even known about the large section of leaf guard that was not installed."

"Fence-N-Deck Doctor’s has ended up being the best company that I have ever used for work done for my home. The company is owned by a husband and wife and they are extremely helpful with any questions or concerns I had. The price was extremely fair compared to other “big” fence companies. The work was done in 2 days, and I have a very big backyard that needed to be done. They removed the old fence I had up and put up a beautiful 6 ft privacy fence. I couldn’t be happier with the work that they and their team did. They even came back out after it was put up to make sure I was happy with the results. I recently also had a branch fall on the fence that they put up, and they came back out the same week and fixed the damage done. "Overall, the experience with the handoff from Jesse to Brian was smooth, and Brian and Steve (who tore down my old fence, rebuilt with 6' cedar shadowbox and added 2 gates on each side of the house) did a great job. They were prompt on arrival each time they said they would show up. The spent approx 5 hours tearing out the old section of fence and rebuilding. Upon completion, they hauled away all the debris and Brian offered to haul away a large pile of yard waste and brush we had built up in our early spring clean up. "Skip and his crew at Elite Fence fulfilled all my needs and were great to work with. Skip came out on a Sunday afternoon in August to give me a free quote on how much it would cost to remove the old fence and put up the new one. He explained the whole process in detail and gave me a time frame for how long it would take. We agreed on a price which was very reasonable and he printed a contract for me on the spot which we both signed and dated. Skip and his crew arrived to start work on the date he had stated they would and completed the work in the 4 day timeframe that Skip said it would take. The job site was cleaned up every evening when they left and at the end of the job you would have never known they were there except for the new fence. The materials they used were top notch. They probably would have finished a day earlier but they did not like the quality of many of the fence boards so they would not use them. The substandard fence boards were returned to be replaced with boards Skip thought met his standards so the fence could be completed. Skip told me after the fence had been in awhile the gates may not shut properly because of "settling"so I should call him to come adjust them for no charge. He also gave me information on how to maintain the fence to extend its usefulness. I now have a great looking, secure fenced area for my dogs and myself to enjoy thanks to Skip and his crew at Elite Fence."

"I hired Following Steps Landscapers to build a new fence in my backyard, as well as to remove very old chain link and privacy fencing already in place. Once I contacted the owner, Angel, he was able to visit my property and supply an estimate within the week. Work began the following week. Very old fencing was removed and replaced with approximately 225 feet of pressure treated wood privacy fencing. The fencing included two gates: one in front and one in the rear of the property.  One side of the property proved problematic in that it included two old fences parallel to each other containing many old tree stumps as well as weeds and vines. Angel's crew removed everything to install a beautiful fence. The other side of my property contains a very large mulberry tree that sits directly on the property line shared with my neighbor. Angel's crew was able to split the fence to accommodate the tree. My neighbor said the crew was very nice to him when he was giving instructions as to where the property line sat. The crew also removed a large pine tree in the front yard that was planted too close to the house. Work was completed in a week. I was so pleased that the crew, who was very pleasant, also trimmed all of my bushes and cleaned the existing flower beds!  Everything was well prepared for me to begin new plantings in the spring. I was extremely happy with Following Steps work and, if need be, will hire them again.
