"Hoyt did a re-roof job, replaced the under-layment and replace lightweight concrete tiles. Corrected problems left behind by previous roofers many years ago. Workers showed up on time and communicated status and daily coordination. Did several walk-throughs at the end of the job to ensure there were no loose ends. Overall - very pleased with the job."

"We chose Reign Roofing to replace our 20+ year-old shingles roof, and we are so glad we did! Tito, our project manager, was excellent to work with. He was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely patient as we asked numerous questions and requested various samples and estimates to help us decide. Since we were paying out of pocket, we wanted to make sure we selected shingles that would complement the planned repainting of our home. We also wanted a style that resembled the texture we liked, with a more dimensional look. After careful consideration, we decided on the ArmourShake in Chalet Wood. While it was a bit more expensive, it was absolutely worth the investment! I’ve included a close-up photo of the new roof to showcase the texture. The shingles have a beautiful 3D effect with multicolored pieces, and we couldn't be more thrilled with the result. We've already received several compliments from our neighbors! The crew was respectful of our property and did an outstanding job."

"I have a flat roof. Four years ago, in 2014, Jordan put on a new roof. I also have a mansered portion of the roof which is basically decorative and covered with shingles. They did not replace this part as it looked to still be in good condition. Last week when we had a big rain, the roof leaked into the master bedroom. I was mortified. They came out promptly and determined that part of the shingled portion of the roof which I could not see was wearing out and allowing water in. Tim took pictures so I could understand what he was telling me. He managed to glue it together such that when it happen to rain the next day, there was no more leaking. He measured the area so that the office could estimate the cost of replacing that area. He said the rest of the shingled roof could easily last 5-10 years more. Since this was not part of the roof his company had replaced and therefore guaranteed, technically he wasn’t obligated to do anything for free. But he made this repair, no charge. This is one of those rare reliable reputable companies that rarely exist anymore. It is family based with the next generation taking on more and more so it is likely to be around for many years. I will always call this company first. One other note: Initially, I was reluctant to hire them to replace my roof because they are based some distance from me and I thought if there were a problem it might be hard to get them out. In 2017, I had a bad leak in the portion of the roof over the garage. They were on it and it turned out it was due to a clogged downspout which is the homeowners responsibility. They cleared the drain nonetheless, no charge."

"Thank you, Clear View, especially Greg, for the asphalt shingle roof replacement in Santa Ana. Great work, professional team, and smooth process from start to finish."

"Contracted Federal Building and Roofing with Richard and his team after Listening to Richard's suggestions during the estimate. Had bad water damage to many Rafter Tails as well as a severe leak in the garage, Had several Contractors out for estimates some wanting to go a much more expensive route to repair the damaged wood on the Rafters as well as suggesting a complete Torch down on the entire roof which was not needed, which came with a less than desirable Warranty along with higher costs. Richard gave me peace of mind with his knowledge and suggestions which in turn provided a much longer Warranty and cheaper more effective route to repairing the damaged Rafter tails, all at a very reasonable price compared to other estimates. Any Contractor should have been able to provide me with these suggestions and alternatives but failed to do so. Richard and his team were Professional, polite, cleaned up thoroughly each and every day and completed the job on time as scheduled."

"Brad from Lifetime Roofing was great to work with . They came onetime and removed and installed a flat roof and a shingle roof. They had to come back out to fix a couple of things with the flat roof and flashing. Throughout the process Brad and Vito managed the project well and communicated regularly. I would recommend them."

"I had an awesome experience with Green Ladder Roofing. They repaired a few leaks on my roof and later did a full replacement when it was time. The crew showed up right on schedule, worked efficiently, and cleaned everything up afterward. You wouldn’t even know they were there except for how great the roof looks now. The customer service was great, we had an amazing experience with the team."
