"I got their name from a friend who was very happy with their kitchen remodel. I hired them to remodel a rental home. They ripped out the entire kitchen, removed two sliders and closed the opening and added large windows, replaced the entire floor throughout the house, remodeled the 2 bathrooms and fixed a leak in the roof that turned out to be a bigger fix than a quick patch. I was very happy with the entire job. David handled everything and was very communicative throughout the entire project. I travel a large amount for work and my biggest concern was to have to be involved in the project. Besides going to that has to check on the process the took care of the entire thing including receiving all of the new appliances. If you want a stress free , great job I would hire them in a heart beat."

They worked on two total bathroom remodels (on both raised and concrete foundations), including a complete renovation of a spare room. Sam and his team were always on time, kept things tidy throughout the renovation, professional and knowledgeable on all aspects of the construction process. They completed the entire project in a timely manner, and the only delays were due to materials/supply shortages. "Tal Shamir gave us a lot of personal attention to our job. This was a complete remodel of our bathroom. The people who worked on our job were excellent and it turned out great. Tal advised on where to purchase all the bathroom fixtures, tile, vanity, medicine cabinet, shower door, lighting. He took us to the tile place and the the hardware distributors. He advised us how to get the best prices. The workmen showed up every day and worked all day, including Saturdays for two and a half weeks.. The quality of the work was excellent. They did a good job of cleaning up afterwards. I would definitely recommend Shamir Builders for a bathroom remodel."

What really delights us is the fact that he has us accompany him to the different businesses in order to select materials for our 2 bathroom remodels. He's able to point out prior shoddy handyman / contractor work and explain why construction shortcuts cost more money down the road. Kevin gives excellent suggestions for fixtures that look really nice but doesn't go over the top with really expensive options.
