Niles inspected the crawlspace, measured every line, and gave me a fair quote based on my home’s actual layout. Harris cleared space for the new pipes, sketched the floor plan, and confirmed materials. Jessy and Amari replaced all horizontal drain lines—including the garage sink, washer, kitchen sink, two toilets, shower, and two sinks—in tough conditions under the house. This started after another company gave me a flat-fee quote based on “two bathrooms.” Oak Plumbing’s quote was more detailed and more accurate for my 1950s home with 1.5 baths and mixed old materials. Their bid was over 10% better, and I left a deposit that day. I’m grateful for how quickly they solved the problem, especially days before Thanksgiving.
