"I made an appt with them for Wednesday from noon to 2. They no showed and didn’t bother to call. I called back Friday and they agreed to come out right then. However, the truck didn’t have enough to pump my entire septic and they said they would come out first thing Monday. They no showed again on Monday. Four days later they tried to contact me to reschedule. I refused at that point. I can’t be kept waiting for 2 weeks for whenever they feel it is convenient for them…if you make an appt, keep it!"

"On 6/1/2022 a technician shows up for a water leak under my home, the tech was friendly, on time, and professional, in appearance. I point out where the leak is, after 30 minutes he says the main pipe is probably plugged which created additional weight, possibly stretching supports and as a result the shower drain pipe had been disconnected. He said he would write up a quote, and I was shocked to find it was for 10k. I refused service but asked for a detailed write up for what needed because I was paying an $89.00 Regular Service Fee (29-89) and another fee, MISC level 1 1 which was $97.00 for god knows what. Here is the write up I received from the technician.(More commentary below) "END TASKS*/ upon arrival customer had leak in crawl space and shower has disconnected the reason this disconnected is due to the weight of the sewer line this line is full of water and when wisher is ran it backs up out of this line causing a leak this line has fallen in ,multiple spots and is sagging in multiple spots this is abs piping. I gave options to repipe both bathrooms and then after run camera to locate septic tank. The reason customer is not backing up into house is because everything comes out this shower drain. I gave customer the options for repipe he did not want to continue with any work there is not a cleanout outside for me to camera this line and cannot locate where line exits home for ability to locate septic tank. Options were provided customer did not want to proceed with any work inspection fee was charged. Repipe and camera locate septic Camera Locate Septic Tank from Clean Out 1x $369.00 2 bath/kitchen/laundry drain only L1 1x $9,552.00 Deposit on Ben Society Agreement 1yr $99.00 Start date: 06/01/2022 Subtotal: $10,020.00 Discount: - $315.00 Tax: TBD $9,705.00 I asked how long this work would take and was told 2-3 days. Simple math tells me I could pay a guy 100$ an hour for 97 hours, or 2 full weeks and then some at that rate. I thought to myself, ok, he does not want to do the work so he priced himself out. I am ok with that, but the business owner should be made aware of what is going on and cut these guys loose because there are plenty of other options out there. I am also shocked at the lack of detail for pricing, for 10k I need know specifically what is being done, on a line by line basis. After all, I paid almost 200 dollars and I would like to think I am owed that much. One last detail, I did call in and spoke to "Angel" who said she would relay my concerns and that someone would be calling me back. I am not holding my breath."

"I purchased a new LG dishwasher for my grandmothers home. Unfortunately, during its third use it displayed an error code and refused to function. LG assigned my warranty claim to Mr. Rogers Appliance. They have now been to the home 3 times over 15 days and the dishwasher is still not repaired. They have left an awful mess and it only gets worse each time they come. The dishwasher door is in the hallway, parts are in the dining room, and screws are strewn about the kitchen floor. At the end of every visit they promise to call when the parts arrive to schedule the install. They have never once called or even called me back. Their answer rate when I call is below 50%. We've been left with a partially dismantled dishwasher (unreturnable), a dangerous mess (my 92 year old grandmother has already tripped over). Last night was the last straw. I called to get an update and ask when additional parts would arrive and was given a truly unnecessary attitude. I finally had to call LG and ask to be reassigned to another repair company. This company is taking advantage of an elderly woman. We cannot even reconnect power to the kitchen without risking damage to the dishwasher because of the way it was left. For 15 days now my grandmother cannot even cook a meal in her oven. So that my grandmother could once again eat hot meals I finally had to order another new dishwasher and eat the cost. Thanks Mr. Rogers Appliance... You're the worst!"
