"I needed to have a repair done to my siding under an eave on the second story of my house. (I previously had someone else come about a year or so ago and the work done was not done correctly and didn't hold up.) Dean responded to my post on home advisor and he and his assistant show up on time. From the time that I arranged for the job, he kept in touch and called the morning of the work to check in and let me know what time they would be there. He looked at my siding and assured me that they would fix it so that the siding would be secured for good. They worked quickly and thoroughly and were also knowledgeable. My repair work was rather minor and he told me up front what the charge would be. I would definitely hire VSA Siding and Roofing again."

"Lalo Jimenez with Capital Palmetto Builders came out to my house to inspect our vinyl siding that had separated. The problem was it was at the very top of our two-story house. He did not have a ladder tall enough with him at the time. Mr. Jimenez could not have been better to work with and came back right away and fixed the problem. I highly recommend him and his company to anyone that needs them. Capital has amazing customer service and quality repair. I definitely recommend them."

"Our project manager, Manny, and crew supervisor, Jorge, did a great job with our roof replacement today! Manny was very communicative and helpful throughout the repair. Jorge and the crew were efficient and did a very thorough clean up when finished. Our only concerns revolve around the initial reason we scheduled a repair, which was due to a ceiling leak after a rain storm. The sales person that came out was very nice and informative. He told us that while he could not determine the source of our leak, we needed a new roof. However, in our naivete, we forgot to wait on our insurance assessor before making any decisions. Post insurance assessment, we had a hard time getting answers from either the project manager or sales manager, and just moved forward with the replacement hoping it fixed our issue. Long story short, while the level of service and overall customer service were great, we had a major repair done that may not even be related to our issue. Our roof likely could have waited for a repair. Service=excellent! I would 100% recommend, just make sure you actually need a new roof."

"We attempted to get three estimates, however we ran into a lot of problems with "siding" companies (listed on Angie's List) not wanting to do the work because it wasn't the entire house.  One company with a good rating referred us to a sub contractor who set a number of appointments with us for estimates only to forget them and after two weeks of this decided that our house was too far out of the way.  We ended up with two estimates. <br /> <br /> Then we called Brandon with Exterior Specialists who we found with great ratings on Service Magic.  He responded to our request very quickly, was polite and professional, and showed up as scheduled and on time.  After taking measurements we had an estimate emailed to us within two days and was well below the other estimate.  We accepted the estimate and had the work scheduled for the following week. <br /> <br /> The work took just over one day.  The siding match was near perfect and the work was top notch.  You can't tell that the siding isn't original except that it is a lot cleaner which will force me to get out the pressure washer.  I couldn't have asked for a better service and would highly recommend Exterior Specialists to anyone.  What started out as a nightmare has turned into great experience."

He was also quickly able to tell exactly what make/color I had without having to go through a week+ of research.
