"The technician, Mr. Kostadinov, was professional, thorough, courteous and explained why a new water tank/heater was needed. The installation went smoothly. After completion, I was able to view the new water tank/heater, new pipes, etc. He then checked the water pressure in both bathrooms, the kitchen and the outdoor water system making sure it was normal. I would recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to anyone needing plumbing done."

"Tony did a great job replacing my broken 50 gallon self venting hot water heater. It is in a difficult space to maneuver getting the old one out and the new one in. He did a great job updating what needed to be done (in my old 1910 home so there is always something!) and I feel very confident in their work. Limelight is my go to place and am so glad I found them!"

They did their best to protect my grass with plywood and did a very good job cleaning up given the huge pile of dirt! "my water heater quit late at night, i took to angi and submitted a work order. JS plumbing was so amazing, at 11:30pm James texted me and within 30 minutes he was at my house to check it out. that's what i call instantaneous customer service. he didn't even take a cent from me for the look-see at midnight... shocker!! he ordered the parts and was back with them 3 days later(weekend slowed down the delivery of the parts, otherwise he would have been back the very next day!) he was super knowledgeable, very nice, and reasonably priced. i very much highly highly recommend JS plumbing! ps. please don't judge him, he's a hard working man, and very much looks like it. thank you James, you're amazing!"
