"I contacted Jerry originally to replace a broken window in my vacation home but did not use him since I ended up replacing all the windows in the house. I then removed paneling from a wall inside the house and needed it to be drywalled and painted. Jerry made useful suggestions and also insulated the wall and matched the textured paint that he put on the wall to the other walls in the room. He did a great job. "Very, very well. Initially MDZ Ultimate Builders framed our six skylights; what a great job-they do magic! They took great care framing these skylights and the plastic curtains hung from the ceiling of their work area kept the generated dust and debris to a minimum. The quality of their work and Tony’s willingness to offer me advice, as I was working on projects in my house, caused me to hire MDZ Ultimate Builders to do more renovation work: cutting concrete to run electrical wiring, running water lines, removing walls and installing some heavy appliances.
