"I would give these folks twenty stars if I could. They were professional, thorough and reasonably priced....most of all they provided a solution for a clogged, compromised sewer pipe that otherwise could have been disastrous. My recently purchased house was built in 1968 and soon after moving in, the drain kept clogging. After jetting the line and an initial de-scaling/cleaning attempt, the video that was taken revealed that my sewer pipe under my slab was severely compromised, fractured and with holes in multiple spots. Other tradespeople I spoke with said that my floor and slab would need to be cut open to dig out the old sewer pipe and replace it with PVC---an ENORMOUS expense and undertaking.I am so glad I called Jax Hydro-Jetters. They were able to re-line the existing sewer pipe with a strong, durable coating without disrupting my home. Problem solved. I can't tell you the peace of mind they brought to me and my husband. "Took us four days to get an appointment for Total Comfort to fix our air conditioning unit in this incredible heat of an average of 88 - 93 per day. Finally very excited when they told us this morning (saturday) that a technician would be here between two and four pm. Technician never showed up! I called 3 times requesting an update as to when the technician would arrive?and never even had the courtesy of a return phone call! If you call after hours, it goes to a call center somewhere in the United States! I called another company, 1 Hour AirConditioning in Daytona Beach, Fl. and they will be here tomorrow. "Our plumber Felix was excellent. Our problem was a back yard faucet that had frozen and had to be replaced. Felix did not happen to have the needed size replacement of the type we wanted, so he had to go to two local supply houses in the rain to find the right one. He was even kind to our dogs!"

"This company does outstanding work and I will be using them again as well as recommend them to friends. I had a tub/shower remodel done by another company (big box store) and had nothing but issues with it. About a year ago I had Latow come out and they worked on it but could find nothing wrong. It started working correctly again while they were there. One of the things they noted was that the other company tiled over the plumbing and it was very hard to work on. They gave me a few options on what we could do the next time it happened. Well, it started acting up recently so I called them out to replace the plumbing. They had to cut the tile, remove the valves/pipes, replace it all, and put on a new plate to cover the bigger hole. They arrived early (08:05), they explained everything they were going to do. they worked quickly and cleaned as they went. When it was done the tub/shower looked great. A fantastic job and they were very friendly/professional throughout the whole process. They did exactly what they said they would do, the cost was what they quoted me almost a year ago, and they even explained how it is different than what I had before. They are in my address book as the plumber to call - I have live in the area for 30+ years and have used several different plumbers, this one is a keeper."
