"Greg was punctual and professional. Most importantly, he listened to me and did not immediately dismiss the issues I was having with my oven as "user error." By a process of deduction, he determined that the main computer board of my oven was broken. Although the quote for the repair was fair, it was going to cost nearly as much as a new oven, so we opted not to have the repair. "I had called 5-6 other places that I found on Angie's List and most were booked out until the following week or were not answering, due to the fact I was calling past 5pm on a Wednesday. When I called Billy I could tell his number was probably a cell phone. I left a message and he called me back in less than 10 minutes. I scheduled him to come at 8am the next morning (Thursday). He was prompt and on time, calling when he was about 15 minutes away as I had asked him to do. He was very friendly and informative. He let us know that our fridge had work done to it before we bought it, because it had an aftermarket relay on it. He said the relay was the incorrect horsepower for our model and it wasn't even wired correctly.  <br /> He replaced the relay and the fridge started working again. He charged $45 for the service call (the cheapest I have found, and then waived that charge because repairs were made). Our total bill was $175 for parts and labor which I would say was a fair amount. <br /> I would recommend Billy to my friends and family for sure. He is a one man rodeo (owner/operator) and has been doing appliance repair since he was 13 years old! Very happy with the service he provided <br />"
