"He confirmed there was a small leak but could not locate it exactly to be certain where to do the repair, because we were having roofing and remodeling done that echoed in the slab, so it was too noisy to hear properly with his listening equipment. The leak was small and not inside the house so we agreed to call him back at no extra detection cost when the other work was finished and he could hear. But in the meantime the tile company found the leak when they tore out the old tile and could see and hear it, so their plumber fixed it the cheap way by going through the slab since the floor was already out. I will be glad to call Mr. Morgan again if we have any more leaks. He is always prompt and capable and does no damage to our home."

This is the 2nd time we have used this company.The water line to the refrigerator was in the slab in the wall behind the refrigerator that we were relocating. He chiseled out the concrete and  capped the line. Then ran a new line to the refrigerator. Did a stellar job. I would highly recommend them.

"Storm responded promptly to my email and was able to come by the same morning. He determined that the turbines were damaged and would need to be replaced. We already had some of the roof shingles. Storm went to Home Depot and purchased the replacement turbines and installed them and replaced the necessary shingles. He inspected the roof and added some needed silicone caulk. Storm detected the smell of methane from one of the turbines and asked to take a look in the attic. He showed me where one of the bathroom vent pipes was clearly damaged and we agreed that he would return the next day to repair the pipe.

I can't say enough good things about these people!  I had a leaky bathroom faucet.  Two weeks ago I had another plumbing company who was also highly rated on Angie's List and who I have used many times in the past (but never again) look at the problem.  The technician from that company said I needed to replace the faucet. They were going to charge me $250.00 for the replacement faucet plus  $229.00 for the labor to install it. Since the faucet had been discontinued I was going to have to replace the other faucet in the other sink as well so it would match.  This was going to cost me $958.00.  I wanted a second opinion so I called Mark Masters Service Company that I also found on Angie's List. Seth, the technician was a very nice young man.  He showed up right on time. Within 5 minutes he diagnosed the problem as simply being a bad rubber washer that needed replacement.  I did not need to replace the faucet after all. I was only charged the minimum $79.00 service charge.  Mark Masters company saved me $879.00 !  By the way, the other company also charged me $79.00 for their service call which was totally worthless.

"Alex Sandoval was a pleasure to work with and did a terrific job tiling and replacing our tub, shower, commode, bathroom flooring, the bathroom light fixture and an additional light fixture in our kitchen, all at a very competitive price. Over a period of 5 days the demolition, prep, installation and finishing of the work we needed to have done were completed and the finished job looks great! "Overall, I was not displeased. Doug worked really well with the company installing the furnace in the same area (they had to coordinate their efforts because space was tight). Doug is a bit hard to contact, but he does show up when he says he will and he does a good job. I was a bit disappointed that he didn't notice the size of the water heater he removed and ended up buying a larger size and had to "make it fit." Otherwise, I was pretty much happy with the work. The water heater has worked fine since the installation and I haven't had any problems."

"My roof received hail damage and was totaled by the insurance company. I got several estimates but Abel was the only one that detected that there was damage to the wafer board. I already knew this was a problem due to earlier foundation problems. This was a major reason I went with Eagle, don't know how the other companies missed this but they did. Company delivered material at agreed upon date and placed waste trailer in my double driveway so I could still get in and out one side of the garage. Work began the next day at stated time. The workers were pleasant, knowledgeable and well supervised. The work was completed the next day. My gutters, sidewalk and driveway were all washed down to remove any sand or dirt when roof was completed. All trash and excess material was picked up from around the house and a magnet tool was used to pick any stray nails. My Directv HD antenna was reset and adjusted to properly pick up signal."
