"We had a blockage in our main sewer pipe under the basement floor. It turns out we had an old flood control gate that had collapsed. It was about 80% closed, so water was not able to get out of the house appropriately. I called several companies and not only was Robert's price reasonable, he was the most knowledgable and willing to talk through the issue and the solution. Robert, Phillip, and his crew were able to break up the concrete floor and replace the pipe despite the fact that it was encased in several feet of concrete and was located right near our fireplace. It was a bigger job than we anticipated due to the original pipe being encased in much more concrete than is typically used, but they were able to take care of everything without destroying the walls or fireplace. The new pipe was put in, and the hole was patched with cement. I can't say enough good things about the planning and work that Robert and his crew did. They were skilled and professional and a pleasure to do business with. Despite the large hole in the floor, the clean up was impressive. Half way through the process when we saw just how big and difficult the job was, I felt confident that we chose the right company. This problem could have been a lot worse, and I am glad we trusted Lincoln Sewer and Drainage to take care of it. They also noticed that our catch basin needed minor cement repair, and took care of that while they were here. "I recently bought a home and moved in.  My crawlspace needed major work.  It was dark, damp and had a mildew like odor that you could smell in the entire house.  I had not planned on using that space for storage but when they were finished it was an incredible space for me to put all my seasonal items and then some.  When I called High Tech Waterproofing, Chuck came to inspect the area to see where the water was coming from.  It was a pleasant experience.  I didn't feel pressured by him and it was a free consultation.  The day of the job, the employees were punctual and professional.  I couldn't be happier with the results.  They leveled the soil and disposed of anything that was left from before.  The next crew came in to apply their polyurea coating encapsulation and the spray foam insulation.  The end result was amazing!  No plastic with tape or concrete that takes days to cure.  In and out so that I could go back to work and get back to unpacking and enjoying my new home.  They were fast and courteous.  I felt there was a true consideration of my home because they cleaned up after themselves.  I highly recommend this company!!

"Brian and his crew returned to my building on a warranty followup- their previous work done wonders for my flooding problems, but my foundation walls are apparently made of swiss cheese and there was one small seepage problem remaining which only shows up during a "100 year rain event".  Brian indicated that they go for 100%, not 99% and scheduled time to come back out to my building to address the issue under the warranty (a.k.a. free of charge) from the original work.  They came back out, dug up the foundation again, and found a crack hidden behind an old hasty concrete patching job that had been tarred over, which was determined to be causing the remaining seepage.  They repaired the crack and were done with the whole task in only hours.  I am a repeat customer, and can't say enough good things about Crawlspace and Basement Waterproofing solutions, they are friendly, helpful, and most of all, stand behind their work!

"The crew was on time, and very professional. 
I had a concrete floor in my crawlspace.  It was installed several years ago and I had been using it for storage.  The floor was sort of pealing and dusty, and there were a few cracks.  I was concerned about moisture coming through the concrete as well.
A Perfect Crawlspace was the only crawlspace company that had the spray on liner material, called Polyurea.  So instead of paint, they sprayed the polyurea IQ  right onto the concrete.  The product is awesome, and I was able to use it for storage as soon as they were done.  Dries in an instant and made the crawlspace look great!  They also sprayed closed cell foam insulation on the foundation and sill boxes to stop cold.  I expect to have warm feet this winter.  I wish I had this done sooner - I feel the difference already.  The musty smell is gone.  Im looking forward to using this on my garage floor as well in the near future.

"Addison construction has honest sales person Kevin. He was trusstworthy friendly and explained what he was going to do for me. He gave me a fair and honest quote, detailing work to be performed right down to removing the old concrete and cleaning the area. They protected my wife's blue sargent juniper bush. It was planted by my son years ago. This bush has been with us for more than 50 years. We are an 80 year old couple. over the years we had some costly and bad experiences with contractors. So you know we are very cautious in hiring people but I am so happy with Addison's way of doing business. The masons and laborers were friendly, cautious, and very skillful. The masons were extremely professional journeyman. They did a perfect expert finish product. Making sure every detail of the finished concrete patio was exact. Laborers took extreme caution in dealing with my wife's blue sargent juniper bush. The bush has grown over three feet onto the existing old patio. They cleaned up the area completely. They covered the area around my patio so that nothing would be damaged. My wife and I are so happy with the finished job. The blue sargent juniper bush was perfect, They took loving care of our plants. We have a new outlook on hiring contractors. Addison has lived by their every promise. I'm recommending Addison Construction to all our friends at church bingo, all my neighbors, and relatives. I wouldn't hire any other contractor to do any of my exterior home repairs.
