"Steve Case of SPU is probably the best home repair and roofing contractor I have ever dealt with in my 30 years of owning a home. Steve came out to my house the day I called him for an estimate. This was after a night of 50-80 mph winds had damaged my whole roof. Other contracters said it might take them a week to assess the damage to my roof. SPU's price to fix my entire roof was approved by my insurance company with no problems. Steve's crew showed up the next day and they completed the job before another bad rain storm moved into my area that night. I was impressed by the company's arriving on time with all the materials to start and finish the job. No time was lost because the crew had to wait on shingles or other supplies etc. Steve's men went up onto the roof and they kept working until the job was done. Before the crew left they cleaned up anything that was on the ground. I couldn't find one nail! I would also like to point out the roofing crew looked clean and professional. So did their vehicles. I believe this reflects the pride Steve's company takes in doing a professional job. I have had no problems with my roof since SPU replaced it. They were prompt with their arrival time and one day the weather was bad (snow & Rain) they were not able to work outside. They called and notified me that they would not be able to work outside do to weather conditions. When they finished the work the house looked great and the new windows and siding gave the house a really nice new look. I would highly recommend Nombach for exterior work on your home."
