The problem was not one he could resolve because ot was an issue that was from outside in the electrical meter. He did jar it enough to get things started. The rest was resolved with the electrical company. He was friendly and didn't seem concerned that I asked a lot of questions."

Clean, efficient, professional and a pleasure to have working for me, they displayed the desire to "go the extra mile" to make sure that I was informed all thru the project and happy. Completing the job in a perfect manner was the only way acceptable to them, which pleased me. Seriously, I hire contractors for projects that I am not comfortable attacking, and as for Contractors...they always disappoint me in one regard or another. there is usually some sort of problem or mis-representation or price changes, and I am always nervous about them being in my home and doing a proper job. Not these guys, I would have no problem giving them a key and alarm code to come and complete a job at my house without me there. The communication from them was outstanding, I received several texts with time frames and photo's of the techs along with some information. I have never had this type of contact and it was helpful and frankly pretty cool. If you have any type of work you are considering hiring a contractor for, you will be doing yourself a great service to use Mr. Sparky Electric or any of the other divisions of their company if your job can be handled by them."

"Terry, of Run Electric, Inc., worked diiligently running up and down the stairs of my 3 story house for 2 days. I found him to be hard working, competent as an electrician, energetic, anxious to please, and personable. My older home had some unpleasant "surprises" for him, but he managed to overcome them. Everything worked out fine. I think the job turned out to be more difficult than what he anticipated, but unlike many contractors, he didn't go up on his original price. Naturally, I appreciated this. Yes, I would recommend him to others."
