Sam kept me updated as to when his serviceman was expected to arrive and AJ was quite thorough and showed me what he was doing and why, He explained the inner workings of one of the furnace's functions and explained why it was necessary. He likewise pointed out a deficiency that the previous service inspector neglected to point out. "OverAll" pricing was quite fair and I considered their overall experience to be quite reliable."

"Joe the plumber was great. Very professional , honest and cleaned up everything. The owner Charlie was fantastic. He sent Joe over within the hour of my first call. They had to order replacement parts for my boiler and came back the next day. Charlie called me 4 times with updates on the eta of when they would arrive. Joe and his worker came to the minute that Charlie said he would come. I highly recommend AAA My Plumber. Five stars all the way around !!!!!"

"Called the company at 4:00am. Person on night duty called me back within 10 minutes. Gave me a arrival time of 45 minutes to an hour. Arrived in 45 minutes at 5:00am. Fixed the problem and went away. Service charge $125. I believe this is a charge for emergency service. Charge for replacing thermocouple : $147.50 The charge for replacing thermocouple if very reasonable. I can live with the service charge for an emergency situation."
