Brooks and Joey came out on Tuesday, 1/11 and did a great job of resealing the toilet and snaking out two of our lines. Both of the guys were super courteous and knowledgeable...answering all of our questions and providing suggestions for issues that may arise in the future. I decided to go with a full replacement, and to install new mini-split systems throughout the house. Bowen did a great job working through some tough challenges to work the cleanest install possible. We needed to make a few changes to the install plan along the way and, to his credit, the owner, Broc, stepped up and worked out a fair way to get the job done and done right. "While Michael the owner was responsive when it came to the actual scheduled job he sent a much junior technician whom I certainly did not expect because he did not tell me. They were supposed to contact me before he showed up but there was no advance call, luckily I was home at the time. The tech did his job and was about to just leave without showing/telling me about how it works or what he installed. I had to ask him about the installation so I can be sure I knew how the equipment operated and if there's anything I needed to know about the install. In the end my opinion is the attic fan was a waste of money and my time. We don't notice any difference in the interior temperature of our house when it's hot. When I inquired about a refund (within 30 days of the install), Michael said he would offer $89 refund for the equipment and not the install. And to think if I didn't use Angie's list, this would have cost me several more hundred dollars. An expensive lesson learned!
