"They were prompt and did a good job by fixing my shower and sewer! But the office manager later called me to say that I would have to pay a different amount for the sink as they could not find the problem and that their worker spends a long time trying to fix it. I told her that I had already paid them for the entire job and I was not going to pay them again. I need a refund of my money for the sink! The person who came to do the job even told her that it was not my fault that his equipment broke - an agreement is an agreement. I paid in full for the service without getting the entire job done. I must say that the person who did the job was absolutely a professional and that is why I gave them 3 stars! I want my money back for the SINK!!"
