"During a scheduled whole-house maintenance visit, a problem with the current installation of the water heater expansion tank was found. Stan replaced it and installed it according to correct plumbing practice. He was courteous, friendly and precise in his installation. Other plumbing issues were found, and while they offered to fix them all, didn't pressure me to get them done; just alerted me to them and advised I get them fixed when I'm ready. When, after they left, I discovered another problem that was marginally related, I called them and Stan came back the next morning and fixed it -- at no charge. Colepepper seems a capable, reliable, honest company. I can recommend them without reservation. "
