"Had problem with clogged toilet.  Had tried several DIY methods but could not get the toilet to function/flush.  While explaining the problems to a representative at one of the DIY stores, he mentioned the problem might actually be something stuck in the roof vent!  At this point I decided to leave it to the professionals.  It was this reason I became a member of Angie's list.  <br /> <br /> I started researching reviews, etc. and decided to give Zech Plumbing a call.  Leo became my main point of contact. <br /> <br /> When Leo and his assistant arrived they pinpointed the problem right away, showed us the problem (within minutes!) and gave us the news we needed a new toilet.  He gave us a reasonable quote for two different models, as well as a quote for just installation only if I wanted to shop and supply the toilet.  My father had recommended a particular toilet and so I decided to purchase that one instead and have Zech do the installation. <br /> <br /> Once again Leo and his assistant were punctual and very professional.  They installed the new toilet and took away the old. <br /> <br /> Unfortunately, within a couple of days I noticed a water leak.  Leo came back out and actually removed it and reinstalled it thinking the ring inside had moved.  Again, within a couple of days (of non-use) the water came back.  Leo came back spent quite a bit of time investigating.  It turned out that there was a very small pinhole leak within the toilet itself - manufacturer defect!   I got the toilet replaced and Leo came back and did the new installation. <br /> <br /> Leo was more than fair in what he finally charged.  He made several trips at no-charge for something that was not due to his workmanship but rather a defective item.  He even worked around my schedule and worked sometimes late in the evening.  Leo was not only professional, but he was very kind.  I would highly recommend Zech Plumbing and would definitely use them again. <br />"

"I want to give this company 6 stars if I could. They are professional and being helpful to solve my drain problem. Because the sewer problem was not something we can fix, It was sitting underneath the utility boxes. While I was so worry, the technician offered to file a city report for me and they did all the follow up. (I didn't know the city would get involved). Luckily, the city fixed the pipe and I have one thing less to worry about. It is my blessing to find this plumbing co.. Linda was patient to listen to my initial call. The technician Enrique was very professional. He explained to me what the problem was and made sure everything ok before he left. It was late in evening but he was not rush to leave. "I called Sitko and Lisa answered, even though it was after hours. She was very friendly and personable, and got me set up with an appointment in the near future. Brooks and Dustin showed up on time and were professional and friendly. They were able to reset my water softener, and were also able to give me some quotes on other work and showed me some other potential issues I should look at. There was no pressure to do any other work, which I appreciated. They also don't charge just to come to the site, which is unusual (Culligan wanted to charge me $145 just to come and look at the system). They both seemed to care about doing good work for a good price, and were clearly knowledgeable. I highly recommend them and would hire them again!"
