"All the work went well. Paulo was very professional and responsive. We had a few delays that were out of his hands - mostly due to suppliers who were behind schedule. Nothing major, but Paulo communicated about all of these in a timely fashion. We replaced all of our vinyl siding with James Hardie board. Also replaced several exterior windows. Paulo also replaced all of our old gutters. Everything was painted to order including old soffets and fascia. Someone touched up the drywall texturing around the new windows and then painted everything to match. The work was done efficiently. They paid attention to detail and fabricated nice trims around outlets and utility vents. My only gripe would be that they didn't leave the roof clean, and after the first rain, I found a lot of debris and nails that had blown down into the yard and driveway. Everybody on his crew was friendly and respectful. There was always at least one person on site who spoke perfect English."

"Ryan was very nice to deal with. We received an excellent education on windows which we really appreciated. Thus, we went with Champion Windows."

"Working with Drew has been one of the best customer service experiences of my life. I have rarely worked with someone so thorough, knowledgeable, and reliable. This made all the difference when undergoing the major renovation of enlarging our basement egress window. I felt like we were in the very safe hands of someone extremely trustworthy. The window itself was also exactly as described and is working beautifully for us. We are very happy with it and feel great about our decision. What was also surprising was the value of the window. We had some very high bids, as well as a lower one that we were NOT comfortable proceeding with. Colorado Egress was the best of both worlds. I will definitely be using them again and have already been recommending them to my neighbors."

"Brian was a consummate professional from consultation to install and everything in between. I was nervous about replacing windows on my older home after bad experiences with contractors before, but I was in such good hands with Fort Comfort. If they expand to other services I’ll be first in line."
