They buffered our wood floor and made it look brand new, they remodeled our bathroom and made it look like a Hollywood dressing room, they renovated our cielings, and our basement floors. Furthermore, the lead contractor and owner is a **** good carpenter and built new cherry cabinets that perfectly matched the existing ones, they also installed a quartz slab for the counter, as well as a swivel television and new wood floors in the basement. "When we decided to paint our 16-year-old house we could not be happier with our decision to go with Real Painting & home-improvement. Carlos (the owner) and his team were the best contractors we’ve ever dealt with. They started by painting a few rooms & ceilings on the interior And then moved on to paint the entire exterior. The interior came out beautiful. They moved furniture, filled holes , took down and replaced curtains. The line from wall to ceiling and ceiling from baseboard is sharp and clean. On the exterior they power washed the whole house the first day. Next they came to replace whatever rotted trim we had. After that onto the painting and what a fantastic job they did. "After discovering black mold creeping up the sheetrock along my basement wall we found that we had a hidden leak that we thought came from the patio door above. The home owners ins adjuster told us to hire a contractor and to brace ourselves because he believed the damage was extensive. He was right. We hired Matt Palmer (MMP Construction) and he gave us the devastating news that the entire lower half of the house was rotted from water damage due to an improperly flashed deck that ran along the back of the house.  I desperately wanted to save the deck, (54X12). It was a difficult task, but Matt was able to save it. <br /> Matt worked diligently, stayed in contact with me (I was not able to be present during the day) and in the end gave us a great product. Matt was not only skillful, but very knowledgeable, creative, and professional. I will definitely be hiring him again. <br /> <hr />"

"This project took a few twists and Gil stayed with us through it all. What started out as a simple idea became much more involved when we discovered our roof had to be re-framed to shore it up before we could vault the ceilings. He even helped line up an engineer who did quick work in drawing up revised plans at a reasonable cost. Gil's team and his subcontractors were hardworking, pleasant to work with, and did quality work. Texting and talking by phone proved to be a better way to stay in touch with Gil than detailed e-mails. We're very happy with the finished product, and would definitely hire them again."
