"Would not recommend Patzke. Contracted them to rebuild basic wood deck. Had to redo work several times due to structural issues, improper construction, overall poor quality, safety issues and code violations. My wife grabbed a post and fell requiring medical attention, etc. Too many things to list. After 4 months, we asked them to stop. They did not pay attention to very basic detail (uneven spindles we had to recut, mix matched hardware, etc). After 3 attempts to build stairs, we tore them out and rebuilt them along with fixing and completing remaining work. They gave reasons for their lack of knowledge, poor workmanship, and delays, promising to do better, but after multiple apologies and much gaslighting, things weren't much better and they kept all the money for work they did not complete. This project was clearly beyond their capabilities. In the end, we discovered this was outside of their license, bonding and scope. We were led to believe a lot of things that were not true."

"For the initial consultation Mr. Varela arrived on time. He took time to listen to the whole story about my roof and the failed attempts to fix a leak I had going directly into my kitchen. The main priority was established to fix the leak in the roof before anymore damage was done. Later the metal roof was installed and I am very pleased with my new roof! Mr. Varela and his crew are all very professional and very courteous. The workers always asked permission to access areas where this was a gate and when finished you couldn't find a scrap anywhere. "This is a story sad but true of a company that has very good work but very bad business practices This begins in September of 2021 An estimator is sent to survey damage done by a roof leak due to a Solar installation On this visit, the estimator without authorization attempted to fix an issue The problem as was always suspected was part of a Solar panel installation and not even close to the problem area, again this was not authorized The estimator spent roughly 45 minutes for his activity and arrived late even though it was clearly communicated my sister-in-law worked nights and was asleep, there were 2 guests here, but they would authorize; this was presented as a favor - to attempt to stop further leakage Now to current time, on March 16th, 2022 I have resolved my roof issues with Reimagine Roofing - recommended Jim the representative for Silver City comes to inspect the work and close our business and I am presented with 2 invoices, 1 for the ceiling repair and 1 for what i have no idea It came to be that 1 as for the ceiling and 1 the additional charges were for the attempted unauthorized repair which didn’t do anything anyway Those charges were 586.46 - during an estimate appointment for insurance purposes this amounts to $13 a minute i will add that if you have any interaction them, they or their representative's do understand payment options using current electronic/computerized systems, like Zoelle or simple BillPay"
