"We had hail damage to our roof and siding, and some wood damage to the front porch, bay window and garage door due to age and poor maintenance. EA Roofing and Siding basically replaced/repaired the entire exterior of our home. It was such a pleasure to work with TJ and Tony - they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with everything. They replaced the roof, checking for any hidden damage along the way. They replaced the damaged boards at no additional cost to us. They also replaced all soffit and flashing on the house.
After the roof came the siding. They removed the old aluminum siding, wrapped the house with an additional layer of insulation and installed the beautiful new vinyl siding. (The house is so much quieter now!) When the siding was complete, they installed new gutters with leaf guards, new downspouts and replaced the shutters.
The company also rebuilt our wrap around front porch, replacing old wooden railing with vinyl railing. Originally, they thought they would just wrap the existing support posts with vinyl, but it turned out the interior of the supports provided by the builder were cheap aluminum and not the wooden 4X4s they expected to find. At no additional cost to us, EA Roofing and Siding replaced the metal posts with the proper supports, and then covered them with vinyl. We also had a bay window in the back of the house that needed repair. They completely rebuilt it using vinyl materials. They both turned out beautiful and maintenance free!
TJ also helped us design a deck on the back of the house. They built a beautiful deck with composite decking and vinyl railing. To make the deck area look even better, they painted the patio door and installed a new screen door for us.
Additional work to our home included replacing our old wooden garage door with a new insulated aluminum garage door, complete with a new opener; painting the basement wall around the entire house exterior; relocating and replacing the outside lamp post and replacing all exterior light fixtures; repainting the front door to match the new shutters and changing out all the old door hardware with new; fixing a crack in the concrete front porch foundation; and just to complete the look, replacing the old doorbell with a new one.

"The recent hurricane left water in our finished basement. Steve came out and evaluated the problem and suggested installing drainage to divert surface water away from the foundation. At my request he also installed a retaining wall behind the house. Steve is extremely knowledgeable and his men do great work. If you have a water problem, call Steve first."

"Very happy with Beiztell.  They provide a quote promptly after contact and stuck to it. They were in and out in one day to remove the old fence and replace with the hew fence.  When I arrived home I would never have known there were workers in my yard - they cleaned up so well, and didn't make a mess of the grass. The fence looks fabulous - time will tell if the wood wears well, but it is treated pine and looks good.The pool pump fence was a last minute addition to the job and they did a great job as they had to work around plumbing and electrical and slopes. During the installation they kept my husband informed and made to sure to ask questions if there were any doubts positioning, etc. Overall we are really happy with the work and with the people at Beiztell.  Everyone was professional and polite. "The process began with their designer, Jean, coming to the house and discussing what we wanted and offering some ideas.  Within days we had an estimate and design.  We revised from there and agreed to the work.  They actually were able to being early as another job had to be delayed as the people were not ready for them.  The workers were good and efficient and Colin, the owner, made certain work proceeded well and any questions we had were promptly answered.  Their workmanship is wonderful.  The stairs and decking on them are great with added touches that made them work for getting to the yard better than expected.   The pavers are beautiful and perfectly installed and the retaining wall is simply outstanding -- the have great stone workers.  All nice to work with and attentive to us and detail.
