"Fixed my plumbing issue and was very, very courteous"

"It's hard to find a contractor like Mr. Gibson. He was on time and professional. He arrived and he and his staff went right to work with no one standing around bullshitting. I'm looking forward to my next plumbing because I now know who to call"

"The problem was located quickly and repaired promptly at a reasonable price."

"Xavier came very promptly to address a clogged drain. While working on this problem, a damaged toilet line was discovered. He saved the day with his repairs as we were having that bathroom remodeled. A disaster was averted as the new tile could have been ruined if the leak hadn’t been repaired. Thank you for your prompt and professional service, Xavier!!"

"Mr. Pinkston was very thorough and efficient. He checked all water pipes, faucets, etc. for leaks and gave good advice for maintenance."

"He removed the old turn of valve, replaced it, and was very efficient and polite. I would hire him again."

"Overly expensive charges for replacing our water heater and water pressure regulator. Two weeks after installation my basement was flooded again and the water heater installed was the cause. When called out to fix the problem the tech flooded my basement again on the repair. The installer and assistant were nice people and he was the plumber who came to repair it. The owner is a good guy whom I had used once prior on a small job and I really liked him. I was not pleased with his demeanor this time on the first installation or the text showing him pictures of the rupture. I would not have written this if I didn?t know the cost to him of the replacement water heater compared to what we paid. It was WAY over on the labor which much of was waiting for parts not on their truck. That?s not the customer?s fault."

"Josh did a beautiful job on our new shower plumbing and fixtures. He is very easy to get ahold of and takes the time to explain things when needed. He is very knowledgeable and knows what he is doing. He quickly got the job done and made sure to clean up after. I highly recommend him and will definitely be calling him if i need a plumber in the future."

"He came out an hour late, which I understand it was probably a busy day for them, and fixed 2 of the 3 pipe leaks. We went back down to put insulation on the pipes and noticed that he missed the third pipe that was leaking. We called them back and they came back out and left again without fixing the pipe. We then called again telling them about the pipe and they said they would come out the following morning. They never came out and when asked they said they couldn't. They did a great job fixing most of our leaks, but I do not think I would call them again."
