"We had a complete kitchen remodeling project done recently (reconfigured layout, new cabinets, wood flooring, special lightings and more...). This was on top of replacing the floor in the hallway and family room. After meeting and interviewing 4 additional contractors, Best builders groups project manager, Zohar Regev, was the only person that truly listened to what we wanted and loved as opposed to what is usually done. Zohar suggested many options and thoughts but we are so happy with our new kitchen. The working people were very skilled about managing things around which helped us making better design choices. Our foreman, was on top of the progress and kept us posted daily about progress. He always addressed all of our concerns. They were friendly, hardworking while making sure to clean at the end of each working day. Best builders group was very helpful about including things which were somewhat out of the original plan for no additional cost. They approached problems with a positive attitude and improved things to please our desires. They finished the whole project ahead of schedule. "We hired Sam and his professional team to remodel our master bathroom, guest bathroom, remove some lighting and to install recessed lights in the kitchen. We are very pleased with the work they did! All the bathrooms are gorgeous and the recessed lights are perfect. Sam and the crew worked at the house every day until the remodeling was completed. They worked very professionally and efficient. Definitely perfect craftsmanship. Sam was also easy person to work and talk with, very comit man to all of our requests. We’ve absolutely found our contractor!"

"Contacted the vendor through the listing.  Had a time constraint and needed to get the worked done by the end of the year.  Vendor was extremely flexible and worked with me to get the installation scheduled to meet my needs.  Vendor even had a special on labor which they happily allowed me to use.  Electrician arrived on time and seemed professional but also seemed a bit new.  We discussed how I wanted the new wires run through the garage and judging from his responses I thought he understood what I wanted.  I left him to his work and went back into the house to take care of some things.  When I checked on him about an hour later he had run the wires across the bottom of the rafters rather than the path I had discussed.  As nicely as I could I explained that this was not what I wanted and he began to explain that he didn't have enough wire at that point to change the path and didn't seem to see what the problem was.  I explained that I could have done the quality of installation he did and that was why I hired an electrician to do it right.  At that point I started to get some attitude and decided I would let him complete the job and call the office after he left to share my concerns.  I talked with the office and they agreed to send him out again to correct the issue.  The same electrician came out a few days later to correct the problem.  Same guy, same lack of understanding, same quality of work.  .  He made some minor modifications but it was not the installation I wanted or expected from this highly rated vendor.  At this point I had other more pressing issues to attend to and just gave up.
Here is the thing.  I understand that this was a rush job.  I understand the vendor was doing his best to accommodate my needs.  for these things I applaud them.  What they didn't do is provide the quality they where known for and failed to listen to what I wanted even after explaining several time to the electrician doing the work and the office.  In this situation it's all about me.  If what I want is not what we discussed or what you quoted, tell me and let's discuss revised pricing.  Unless there is a good reason not to,  do what I want, the way I want it.  It's that simple.

"After purchasing an Angie's List Deal, I received the measuring kit in the mail promptly. The template and instructions provided to draw my split table top and each of the leaves were easy to use and understand. I mailed the completed materials and received the table pads very quickly. The table splits in the middle to allow insertion of up to 3 additional leaves. The table also has 2 drop leaves. That's 7 pads. All fit perfectly. I have used them on the table for family parties (not every day) and they're durable and built to last. I keep them in the box they arrived in to protect them when not in use. These are a worthwhile investment."

"Mark met me at a consignment store in Palm Springs to look at a table I was considering buying. The edges were coming apart from the center of the table and I wanted to be sure it could be repaired before I bought it. Mark said he could fix it and loaded it in his van. We agreed on a price of $425 including delivery. He had the table for a couple weeks and called and told us he was still working on it, getting the scratches out and mentioned that gluing it was difficult because of the modern angles but he figured it out. He also said he took care of the 2 chips. We were excited when he brought the table and we saw what looked like a brand new, super glossy modern table. He did beautiful work. Our only complaint was that he requested an additional $150 for labor and that was not agreed on up front. We paid the extra because he did do an excellent job but would have appreciated a "heads up". All in all we would recommend Museum Quality Furniture. We are very satisfied.
