But when my flat roof was leaking water into my hallway, they, unlike other roofing companies I contacted, told me they would work in an immediate temporary repair. True enough, by that evening, the repair was done. The company finished their current job and then squeezed in my project after working it out with their next customer. So within I believe a week of my emergency, I had a new roof on. Truly great people to work with, from explaining the bid to me and communicating on daily progress. "Marlon the owner of MCS is outstanding to work with. No one likes to hear they need to have their roof replaced,. But we had 3 bids and they all said the roof could be repaired but it will be only a TEMPORARY fix. Eventually it will need to be replaced. MCS was by far the most Responsible bid. Check for yourself, you'll see. Marlon and his team members Erick and Reinel were the BEST you could ask for. They arrived about 8-9am and didn't leave until around 7pm. "Hector and his team are simply amazing! This is the third project we had completed by express roofing in less than a year (front porch, backyard patio roof, asphalt shingles roof replacement). I appreciate the quality of the work, the responsiveness to our needs, and the expediency of the team. With this roof replacement, we had Express Roofing replace the roof, and add a 4x4 skylight to increase the amount of light we get in the living room. Hector helped us with the best design, selection of materials, and suggested we add a smart venting system to increase ventilation in the attic. Upon agreement, they started the work within a few days and were done in less than a week. We are very pleased with our new roof, skylight, and smart venting system. "Rob was one of the best roofers I worked with when it was time to repair my roof (a few years ago), and when it was time to inspect after a nasty storm that blew some shingles off. His team was very quick to respond, within 24 hours they were on the roof and Rob explained in detail how to go about fixing or re-roofing. The next week was supposed to Rain (and it indeed rained), without even calling Rob about the next steps, his team was already at home with the tarps. Holy moly!
