He was hands on throughout the process. He completed the project in reasonable time, never failed to show when he said he'd be there, and took the time to answer all of my questions. When we went to use the shower, we noticed there was an issue with the shower handle. I texted Tom at 6:30 pm. 30 minutes later he shows up at my door and fixes the issue. That level of customer service just doesn't exist much anymore. It's a comfort to know he stands behind his work. We've already discussed several other projects we'd like to complete. We really can't recommend them enough though."
