"Josh G. explained all options for the process of clearing the clogged drain. He work for approximately one hour trying to clear the drain. unfortunately because of the age of our house, the cast iron pipe was just too deteriorated . He was unable to clear the drain to his satisfaction . Adhering to his company's policy, we were not charged for the service call. Josh was very professional and showed pride in his work and the company he represented."

"I originally called the $99 special guys and they came out, snaked, said it was done and then left me with a big leak in the basement. They came back with an estimate of $4000 (yes that is thousands) to replace the broken/old piping that busted due to snaking. <br /> This is a very old house so I understand that the snaking did not cause the problem, it just uncovered what was already there... an 80 year old rusted out pipe. <br /> My brother uses Steve in his insurance repair business, so he came out, looked around and gave me the estimate of $375. He then immediately did the work in about 3 hours. <br /> He went above and beyond in snaking the sewer line AFTER replacing the pipe to be sure all ran smoothly. <br /> When I asked about the price, he said he didn't see any reason to charge people an arm and a leg for things, but felt he was fairly priced. <br /> Please call this guy... not the "big guys" who over charge!! <br />"

They asked if they needed clarification for anything, were clear and prompt with communication, no run around trying to get them here. No more root-clogged pipes! It was fascinating to see them put in the new pipe liners and watch on the video as the machine cured the pipe in place. "I experienced a sewer back-up.  MSD inspected and suggested that roots had infiltrated my sewer pipe.  This turned out not to be the case.  MSD used a manual snaking device with a "pigtail" head on it to clear out the blockage.  However, this device wound up pushing a host of refuse together and caused a worse clog and more sewage to back up into my basement. <br /> After asking a number of relevant questions before arriving, the plumber brought with him the hydraulic snake with a shredder head.  He ran it all the way through the line, then had me run and flush as much water as possible to ensure the blockage was gone.  He snaked again and had me run more water into the line until he observed it running clear. <br /> He was, as always, polite and communicative about absolutely everything.  I appreciate when the service provider explains everything to me in a comprehensible way, which is one reason I recommend Pride Plumbing."
