"Excellent overall experience from sales to installation. For anyone not familiar with Bochrath, you may be intimidated as you enter. "This is a family owned and operated store. We met with Kurt Byrum the owner of the store, he was friendly and very knowledgeable. We borrowed the sample boards so we could see how it would look in our home. We placed our order for solid white oak hardwood floors. We also placed order for carpet for our staircase. After flooring came in and had been acclimated in our home. His dedicated workers showed up and they were fast friendly and accurate. Our home is perfect with these floors. I love that you can see this is real wood flooring it is so beautiful."
