"The Salesperson (Stephen) is great to deal with, although, at times, very difficult to contact. This is understandable as he is not only managing his Employees but the Sales portion as well. The person who answered the phone when calling was, in my book, the worst Customer Service rep for this company anyone could hire. She was vague and told me lie after lie regarding many aspects of this project. That issue has been resolved. Fortunately, Stephen took care of our issue personally and all worked out for the best! The Installation crew (Rob and his 2 Assistants) were the best! They were cordial, knowledgeable and informed us with every aspect and any changes that needed to be made. They were awesome. In conclusion, Outdoor Installations came through with flying colors and would highly recommend."

"Lance and his company was most professional and courteous before we even committed to an install. Once we scheduled an install, it was well executed and looked and worked great. Training was done by a superb trainer that our dog took to immediately. You can tell they care about their profession as well as the animal. A year later, damage was done by a third party. Lance himself showed up promptly on a holiday weekend to fix the fence and save our weekend. I can't recommend Lance's Hidden Fencing enough. A+ job."

The services included: drywall repair, scraping off a popcorn ceiling, resurfacing the ceiling, painting, installation of flooring, installation of baseboards, and carpentry. Paul, the owner, listened to my requests from the very beginning and ensured that my expectations for the space were met. His workers Kevin and Mark were very pleasant and knowledgeable. They were in my home for two weeks and were efficient in getting the work completed in a timely manner. I felt comfortable with them being in my home and did not have any concerns for the safety of myself or my kids. The office staff (Penny) was always friendly and eager to assist me with any questions or concerns.
