"We purchased the home a month before all of our electrical issues started. Come to find out that water was following the main wire into the panel, and moisture was building behind the breakers. We found the problem when a circuit became overloaded, and the breaker didn't trip, causing the wire to overheat and almost cause a serious fire inside the wall void and drop ceiling. "I called this electrician independently from homeadvisor for a problem I was having with a switch. Juan came the next day and repaired it. I then hired him to do some other electrical work I had. He and workers arrived on time and finished in a couple of hours. The cost was the same as the estimate. Everything was cleaned. The only problem was the vanity light, whose box had to be moved. The repair to the drywall was not done well and I had to redo that myself. It was not placed in the spot I wanted due to some miscommunication. Juan promptly came back and moved the box again and repaired the drywall. I would hire him again for other projects."
