"He did such an amazing job from finding the issue in our washing machine to fixing and walking us through the process so we can avoid this issue again, he made sure everything was perfect with no mistakes! The customer service was genuinely some of the best I’ve ever had, and I will be using his service for any future issues I may have with my washer or dryers! Highly recommend to anyone as they are affordable, fast, kind and reliable!"

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Giving five stars to Alfred of L&A because there's no way to give a six or more! He was great! Responded quickly, came to fix the drier the next day, arrived at the appointed hour, was not only friendly but downright entertaining.
