"We had been looking for an irrigation system and we’re planning on the install in the Spring. We were trying to get quotes before Christmas so we could reserve an installation date next year. Some companies were already booking out to summer! I sent a web request for a quote and I received a call back about thirty minutes later! We talked about dates in the coming week and I wasn’t going to be around much. Gil said he was right down the street finishing up one job and said he could come by for a quote now if that was alright. He stopped by, explained his system (he installs self-draining, which as a DIY oriented person, I liked so I don’t have to rely on a company to shut it down each year), and provided a quote on the spot. Then, he said that due to the unseasonably warm weather he was still doing installs. I booked with him the following week. Gil showed up the next week as scheduled with his team. Most of which have been there for a couple years and are college aged men and their brothers or friends have worked for Gil. Gil was on-site and oversaw the entire install, teaching the trade and supervising. He walked me through the install and how the system works and then showed me how to shut it down. I’m the spring, he’ll come out, show me how to start the system up, and fine tune any adjustments. Very impressed with his responsiveness and professionalism. Highly recommend!"

"Casey was extremely nice to work with. We had an issue with our water meter being incased in our driveway cement. He spoke with me off and on over the course of the fall and winter about potential options. We ended up breaking out a small patch of concrete ourselves due to cost instead of having the water company add another meter. However, Stephens Irrigation put a control box near our driveway in the yard so we could re-pour the patch of our driveway and they wouldn't need access in the future. After install, the other owner went through all the options on the control panel so we could operate the system. <br />"

"The latest use was on a new home in Greenwood area; but I had used them for about four years at a previous home in Avon. I found the owner and his workers to be very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and timely. They always did what they said they would do and often went above and beyond. For example, they noticed that my yard needed some overseeding and did so with some top-notch seed they had with them at no cost to me."

"Scheduling for opening was June 4 could have used my system in May. Silas was the technician he called ahead and did an excellent job. I had one sprinkler head repaired and one moved from under a bush. Silas explained all that he was doing and was very professional. Indy Irrigation installed my system and has maintained it for a number of years I will continue to use them and would recommend there service."

"You always have a trade off between cost, quality, and service. I met with two other vendors who were more professional and who I am sure would have done a quality job. The bottom line was that the difference in price was 2000 dollars with Water Works compared to the two other vendors. I chose Water Works because of their price. There was an instance when they were laying the piping that they cut a light post wire. When I brought it to his attention he quickly corrected it. He also ran out of the size head required. He used one that was significantly larger, which caused it to spray into the street. I tightened the nozzle head to reduce the radius of the spray, which corrected the problem. He said it was the last one he had in his truck. I think a more professional company would not have given me that answer. Water Works and the other two companies I met with use Rain Burg products so there is no differential of product that they would put in the ground. The Water Works owner was an honest person, which is the reason I would use the company again."
