"Not his fault, but had to wait from Friday until Tuesday for the computer board to be ordered and delivered. Once he returned, there was also an inverter that needed replacing. Although he went to a local supply store and purchased it and came back same day to fix it - it ended up costing me right at $600. The senior discount was $14. Woop to Do, Basil! Ouch. My main complaint was his “lecturing”…. Putting too much in my freezer? That is why my freezer shelves keep falling down? Really? IDK, maybe he was just trying to teach me about kitchen appliances…. But I am 65 years old and don’t give a rats a** about voltage, etc. Just fix the darned thing! Sorry - but will def NOT have him back. Very irritating personality."

"Jose was a professional and did a good job with the installation. The only thing that was bothersome was the he tried to get us to pay for work that he did not actually complete. He quoted us to be able to vent out our microwave but it turns out he could not complete the work due to where the microwave was placed, but he still wanted us to pay him for the full quote when all he did was actually install. That was a bit disappointing, otherwise he was fine."
